I thought it might be an idea to publish this "sandwich tart" (no idea in english, sorry). Gunnar is super good in making this and here is the idea to use:
Italian super sandwich!
Italians make this kind of sandwich a lot and have it for apertivo. You can slice it or dice it.
Light majo or cream cheese
Spread the bread with majo or cheese, quite a lot. Put tuna on the first bread slice. Another slice over it. Then the tomatoes, mozarella and basil and another bread slice over it.Then the proscioutto and ruccola and close the sandwich. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
