food: cinnamon bread

I like this idea. Instead of making cinnamon swirls, the same dough is used for bread. I saw this a long time ago in an american magazine and always wanted to try to use my old recipe for this. Finally I did last weekend and I can really recommend it. Use a bread tin for baking the bread. Make your favorite dough. Flatten out, the same width as the tin, spread with soft butter, drizzle cinnamon and some brown sugar all over, roll softly and put in the tin. Bake in the oven, 180°C, for around 40 minutes. I see this also done with some ham and great cheeses, I'm gonna try different versions of this. Super easy, soft and delicious.
