food: broccoli salad with peaches and feta

A delicious recipe of broccoli, highly recommended to make. Always a pleasure finding some new ways for healthy greens. From the first issue of Home and Delicious. 


Broccoli Salad with Peaches and Feta

600 g broccoli, cut and trimmed into small trees
200 g feta cheese
150 g dried peaches, finely chopped
100 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
100 g spinach
10 cherry tomatoes, halved

Salad dressing:
juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp honey dijon mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and black pepper


Boil the broccoli in salt water for 5 minutes. Remove from the hot water, pour into a strainer, and rinse in cold water. Then combine all salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients and drizzle on the salad. Serve.
