Remember this summer we told you about me and Gunnar, Home and Delicious, hosted a gathering on behalf of Kinfolk magazine. It was a workshop were we caught fresh trout from our lake in the country and our friend, Friðrik the chef, taught the guests how to handle and fish the freshest way possible.
