INTERIORS I DESIGN
Furniture arrangement – lay out in the living room. Easy way out to take the safe route. A bit more thoughts doing something not so typical. The easy way is arranging a sofa and probably two armchairs in a square form, most likely up against the wall. But that's exactly what you should not do. The first thing to do when you're tired of your living room and it needs some changes is placing the sofa and most of the furniture NOT up against the wall. Let it flow, have some space around things, try to do some different kind of set-up, find other things to use and add in. These photos are to study; notice on the photo above the bench along the wall, the lay-out of the furniture and how unpredictable it is. On the photo below the small tray-table in front of the console table, the small cabinet under the table and the big bowl, also the rug on top of the natural sisal carpet...and don't forget the black walls. Two spaces really worth showing.
